"Tuesday April 15, 2008 ATLANTA—The Silverbacks continue to build on an already strong roster this week signing forward/midfielder Chris Mahaffey and defender Tate Parrish."

"MDJ-March 10, 2009. Sarah Hasset. Harrison High School. Harrison junior defender Sarah Hasset has played a major role in keeping the Lady Hoyas unscored on against in state competition. The Lady Hoyas have nine shutouts on the season. Harrison coach Steve Riccard said one of her bigger assets this season has been one-on-one defending. She can also anticipate what will happen on the field. She had one of her better defensive showings in Harrison's 1-0 win against Woodstock, helping to limit the Lady Wolverines to roughly eight shots." Go to MDJonline for the full story.

 

"Ex-Harrison Player Austin Steele name to the SoCon All-Tournament" (posted 01/26/09)

"Spartanburg, S.C. - Sophomore Austin Steele (Kennesaw, Ga.) and Freshman Joe Madigan (Centennial, Colo.) were named to the SoCon All-Tournament team. Steele scored the game-winning goal against Davidson in the 58th minute of the first round match and took a shot on goal in the second round against UNC Greensboro. The sophomore defender started all 17 matches and scored two goals." click here

"Kansas City, Kan. - Senior forward Rachel Baer has received another post-season award, earning 2008 NSCAA/adidas NCAA Division I All-Mid-Atlantic Region Third Team accolades, according to a release made by the NSCAA, the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. "Despite the on-again-off-again showers, the Owls offense was torrential in the first half as they out-shot the Bulldogs (0-2) 15-2 while building a six advantage.
